Financial Controller of Edge, the most senior finance position within Edge, working closely with the senior leadership team (sales, IT, operations, marketing, consumer divisions) to implement strategy and successfully run the business. Responsible for a finance team of six with utilisation of a central shared services. Support provided to the business included contribution to commercial contracts and pricing, day to day operational support and reporting to the CEO and sales team to drive business, in addition to ensuring the business met budgeting, tax, treasury and compliance requirements.Major achievements included ERP implementation, Treasury system implementations (banking and online store fraud solution) and Acquisition/Transition activities.

Group Financial Controller reporting to the Group Finance Director and liaising with 13 global Finance Directors to deliver the information, reporting and technical accounting requirements of the Group. I built and managed a team of 8 responsible for the consolidation and external and internal reporting of over 60 entities for the Group. Responsibilities included technical accounting guidance and consultation on complex content and acquisition contracts, development and management of the consolidation and reporting processes and system, contribution to debt and share capital raises, hedging strategy and tax matters.Key achievements included: promotion from Group Reporting Manager to Group Financial Controller in Nov 2018, successfully designing, building and leading the Group Reporting team through significant growth and change, developing trusted relationships globally across the business, implementation of complex consolidation system and adoption of IFRS-15.
