I provided a high level of administrative support to the Executive Director and the two Executive Officers as well as administrative support to the Chair and members of the State Council by preparing and actioning meeting papers, organising travel, accommodation and catering, and maintaining meeting records. My duties also included general office and reception duties including, phone enquiries, handling of mail and correspondence, bulk mailouts and emails, scanning, filing, manage registers for visitor and office equipment, as well as maintaining office supplies; Accounts Payable, reconcilitation of bank accounts, credit cards and petty cash, using MYOB, vable using MYOB; Preparation of and lodgement of BAS and IAS; booking travel and accommodation; maintainance of database and webpage; assisting with organisation of biannial conferences and other events using a variety of platforms including Trybooking.com, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp and Adobe Acrobat.

I held various positions including PA to Assistant Director Education; Education Team Secretary, Program Officer-School Transport (NGSTAS) as well as reception and other duties when required.
