Responsible for soliciting articles and diagrams, working with editors and contributors, uploading articles, maintaining style sheet and ensuring consistency of style and accuracy of content in text and diagrams. Edited daily articles for the Heavy Table, an online food magazine with a focus on the Upper Midwest. Contributed articles on cooking and restaurants.

Started website and launched social media presence for this food-justice nonprofit. Organized events including farm dinners, tastings, benefits and online auctions. Forged relationships with farmers, chefs and other members of the food community. Created graphics and text for web and print media. Spoke on biodiversity issues and taught cooking classes.

Wrote articles, edited and oversaw production of both publications. Worked with writers, school staff, layout designers and printers.
