- Collaborated with the designer of a start up leisurewear brand. Oversaw product development and design of the initial line, including fabric and trim sourcing, fittings, tech pack creation and costing- Was responsible for communication with vendors, factories and artists- Managed concept, branding and positioning for new product launch

-Worked closely with SVP of Design to launch the brand from concept to final product. This included trench research, concept boards, fabric and hardware sourcing, and apparel tech packs.-Spearheaded research on the vintage Pappagallo brand, including the acquisition of product, to create an archive. The archive showcasing brand history was used for design and marketing purposes as well as retail buyer presentations. -Communicated with various teams under the Nine West parent company to ensure operations ran smoothly and trained all new hires-Was responsible for the overview and reconciliation of seasonal budgets for the division, as well as international travel arrangements

- Supported the Vice President of Concept and Design to identify key trends, creating a new sophisticated, focused product offering with relevance to the teen market- Researched in multiple channels to create seasonal trend presentations including color, silhouette, fabric and print/graphic direction - Assisted the senior designers for both wovens and knits to complete tech packs and trend decks- Oversaw direction for all accessories categories focusing on shoes, jewelry, handbags, and scarves- Worked closely with merchandising team to ensure success for vendor product development- Provided creative product and lifestyle ideas for Delia's social media account and website

- Assisted the design team with development for the Resort 2014 collection including fabric and trim sourcing and creating new colorways for specialty prints in Photoshop- Organized purchase orders, commercial invoices and styles for production- Assisted with the photo and video shoot for Resort 2014
