Facilitate and support best practice service delivery for the clinical governance, quality improvement framework and the Retirement Living Code of ConductDevelop and monitor relevant reports to facilitate data analysis and detailed recommendations to the business where required. Collate monthly reporting data for business operations managers.Maintain a system of internal quality auditing to improve business processes through and understanding of performance and capability. Effectively using data and information to promote organisational knowledge and learning. Support the Home Support and Retirement Living Operations Managers to maintain the Quality Action Improvement plans. Develop and review policies and procedures and practice documents to inform the delivery of services and care that meets legislative requirements and promotes the safety of consumers.Implement and support clinical effectiveness and quality priorities in line with business and Clinical Governance Framework. Provides training of staff in areas of non-compliance where required and makes recommendations about changes in policy, procedure or practice. Develops and monitors Village Glen’s clinical governance framework including requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Retirement Living Code of Conduct. Contributes to the maintenance of quality standards of care by ensuring that clinical and non-clinical work practice documents comply with all relevant legislation, statutory obligations and best practice standards. Communicates to all staff the organisations approach to continuous improvement and quality systems. Analyse complaints and resolutions data. Conducts training for all Home Support and Retirement Living staff in continuous improvement, quality standards and accreditation. Co-ordinate and manage the Clinical Governance & Approved Provider Board meetings.
