Fiscal accountability for Community Outreach Department. Supervised 40 paid staff and 35 volunteers, planned, promoted, implemented and evaluated grant programs, school-age child care programs, teen activities, summer recreation and special events that involved over 2000 youth annually. Developed contacts between YMCA and community, researched and wrote grants, monitored public policy and coordinated new staff training.
