Developed and executed the transformation strategy for the newly created IT team in BT GS bringing together c1300 IT professionals spanning multiple countries into a new functional operating model utilising 4 strategic technical hubs supported by a local in country presence.

BTGS was the largest supplier of Information and Communications technology to the NHS at this time. The LSP contract delivered critical Acute, Community & Mental Health and PACs services to 80 NHS Trusts. Services delivered were used by >25000 users, securely holding >25 million patient records. Managed a team of 450 IT service delivery professionals responsible for delivering these critical services 24 x7 x 365 with associated service revenues of £110m per annum.

Responsible for service delivery of the provision of Community and Mental Health software to 62 NHS trusts as part of the LSP contract for London and the South regions
