As a per diem educator for the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum I am responsible for leading field trips and tours for students and adult audiences, assisting at Access programs, and teaching an arts and science curriculum afterschool.

As a Museum Educator for the Children's Museum of Manhattan I was primarily responsible for assisting in early childhood education classes that help some of our youngest learners learn how to separate from parents and caregivers, build fine motor skills, play alongside and with their peers, and begin recognizing the world around them through colors, shapes, and sounds. Additionally, I was responsible for helping to design the crafts done in class and at offsite events hosted by the museum. This role included leading fieldtrips for students of abilities, helping with events that reunited incarcerated family members with their young children, and leading arts programs at schools throughout the five boroughs.

As a part of the Visitor Experience Team as the museum reopened from the pandemic my role consisted of assisting guests enter the museum, buy tickets, plan their visits, update their memberships, and find their way to the galleries they wished to visit. This position also allowed me to assist at many special and donor events with guest check-in, wayfinding, and accessibility.

Develop and lead workshops with the intention of providing students with the tools to intervene when they are unsure if there is an instance of sexual misconduct. Coordinate with student volunteers to promote involvement, create programming, and share campus resources.

Develop introductory intersectionality curriculum for Teen Council and provide support at meetings to foster inquisitive and intentionally reflective creative processes. Collaborate with Youth Program Producer to build the infrastructure of KAWS Effects: summer design camp to continue the program in years to come. Cultivate and maintain a culture of creativity and engagement amongst campers and staff at the KAWS Effects: summer design camp to ensure a space of productivity and growth.
