• Assist the producer/director on wide ranging archival research and investigation for a documentary film feature• Create pitch decks and lookbooks and pull images that align with the creative vision of the director• Log archival materials and create an organized management system to ensure all materials are filed• Attend weekly meetings with the director and producer to compile research, report findings, and build story

• Assist the director and designer on the development of commercial productions through image research• Pull 400 images each day that meet the clients needs and align with the treatment design• Transcribe and edit audio recordings for a true-crime documentary and discuss findings with the research team• Pull archival media and edit sequences on Premiere Pro for a documentary sizzle• Present a deck to the head of Vice Studios with recommendations for the future of their division

•Light and photograph three styled photography sessions and assist in the creative direction for images•Edit around 8,000 images and color and retouch as needed on Lightroom•Collaborate with the editor-in-chief and creative directors in editing the magazine selections for the seasonal print issue•Create visually pleasing social media content on platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok

• Field daily tasks such as booking production vans, doing actor valuations, coordinating field shoots, and handling finances for commercials and television episodes• Perform research for production days and make phone calls to inquire crew members• Research thoroughly on potential subjects and stories as well as read scripts for potential production• Work as the financial production assistant for a YouTube series, SyFy by organizing receipts on an Excel document and keeping track of total spending based on the production budget

• Guide directors on feature films through the process of delivering the film• Coordinate delivery to TV stations and platforms including Direct TV, Apple TV, Amazon Prime.• Manage Hewes’ entire content library with 6,000 hours of content• Communicate directly with creators to ensure all copyrights, artwork, trailers, and captions are included for sale• Organize the DropBox folder for films and created folders for new acquisitions
