Supporting Skills Construction Centre to make a positive difference across the North West by developing relationships with contractors, local authorities and key stakeholders.

Responsible for growth and partnerships within Calico Enterprise which incorporates social enterprises, skills and employment, and training services. Also provided consultancy services to several local authorities in Lancashire to achieve social value through Planning and Procurement.

I managed the Shared Apprenticeship Scheme in partnership with the Construction Industry Training Board across the North West of England. Consistently the top performing Shared Apprenticeship Service in the UK. Included P&L management, reporting, leading and motivating teams.
