It was in my first professional position that I realized how much I loved helping people learn. I feel most fulfilled when someone tells me that their new skills made their job easier or their life better. For over 25 years now, my passion for helping others learn hasn't diminished. I have instructional design and management experience in both higher education and corporate training environments. I specialize in making the most of instructional technologies for blended and online delivery. The technology is only one piece of the puzzle though. I am always searching for the "secret sauce" whether it be for a unique teaching situation or a management dilemma.I've worked in manufacturing, health care, and, most recently, higher education. Regardless of the industry, or size of the organization, I am at my best as part of a highly collaborative team. I love to look for novel ways to solve problems.
