I have spent 20 years working with Boards to get the most out of their people and manage organisations through change. During 10 years at Wolff Olins, I managed accounts in London, Lisbon, Madrid and New York, before being appointed as their HR Director.As Development Coach and NLP Practitioner I work with teams and individuals to discover and develop the very best of themselves. I work as Chair of Trustees for an educational charity, Chair of Governors for a school and a Non Executive Board Member of the NHS End of Life Care Strategy Board. In all these roles I drive improvement through inquisitive challenge, empathetic understanding of business issues and unwavering commitment to managing difficult conversations.
