I worked on a part time basis as a Teaching Assistant at Westley Middle School. I supported pupils with specific learning difficulties supporting their literacy and numeracy work and helping them to develop their social skills.I worked under the direction of the teacher, whether with the whole class, a small group, or an individual pupil, assisting teaching staff to ensure that the aims and objectives of the school are achieved.

I worked for Pro-Scape Ltd, a family owned landscaping company. I performed an administrative role including:• Procuring materials for jobs including pricing and organising of deliveries.• Client liaison.• Maintaining an efficient garden maintenance programme for customers.• Training of employees.• Liaising with the external Health and Safety Consultant• Marketing and Public Relations.I was responsible for developing and delivering an effective communication and paper flow system for the company. I was responsible for maintaining an efficient garden maintenance programme. This entailed logging customer requirement as to exactly what wants doing and when. Visits were then tracked and recorded, via a system I developed, and invoices were raised by myself on the back of this recorded information. I was responsible for sourcing and organising the delivery of identified training needs to our employees.After consultation with both our Health and Safety Consultant and our senior management, I was responsible for implementing change to our procedures or methods of work.

Esat Anglia

I performed an administrative role to the BALI members within the Anglia region. I organised training and social events. I also endeavoured to promote the role of BALI and the benefits customers have when using a BALI member. I left when Pro-Scape, a BALI member, offered me the above role.
