Services were delivered through an integrated model of in-house and outsourced service providers. For 18 months undertook my role from Singapore and expanded responsibilities to be the UK technology lead for KPMG’s business processing centre in India, establishing and delivering IT services to India-based users. Worked with India CIO and US counterparts to develop and execute the IT Strategy for the India operation. In addition oversaw the transitioning of 2 india based service providers delivering IT Servicdesk and Application Development and Maintenance Services to the UK into a new consolidated service under a single India based provider.
