Be in charge of overall HR operation work, specialized in C&B field.Partner with HRBP to deliver business strategy. Handle several projects including HR system infrastructure, compensation survey, reduction in force, etc.

3+ years working experience of HR Operation (share service center). Support 10 legal entities in China (800+ employees) daily payroll & benefit operation work:-Payroll: Work with ADP on monthly payroll operation. Be responsible for data preparation and payroll result checking. Work with HRIS/ADP to fix any system related issue, and keep enhancing ADP system configuration logic to improve work efficiency and accuracy.-Statutory benefit/IIT: Monitor vendor service on social benefit and IIT filing. Ensure timely and qualified service is provided.-Knowledge and skills: Be familiar with local payroll related policies and SAP/Infor system operation. Be a fast learner and be good at logic thinking.-BU/Employee support: Support cost analysis and other comparison analysis to BUHR based on needs. Handle BUHR and employee's inquiry on payroll & benefit related questions. Support internal & external audit, annual Mercer survey and benefit programs per needs.-Project: Support several payroll related projects, i.e. ADP project, Kronos project, and ongoing project of expanding SSC’s customers within China.-Global Mobility: 1 year experience in global mobility area. Handle expatiates' immigration permits and coordinate expatiates' housing, local payment and others.
