With donor funding dwindling, it’s becoming increasingly important that we work together to find SUSTAINABLE WAYS to solve SOCIAL PROBLEMS. By witnessing firsthand the positive effect a social enterprise has on communities, and after successfully increasing revenue by 40% as the Director of Alive and Kicking Zambia, I knew I could do more to help other impact-driven businesses thrive. Unfortunately, many social enterprises fail within the first year, and it is this realisation that led to the birth of Swalisano Advisory. At Swalisano Advisory, we focus on social enterprises, nurturing upcoming entrepreneurs and helping them focus their goals and strategies to succeed in the open market. We provide guidance on securing funding and our growing network allows us to connect organisations to impact funders.
