Assist new clients with start up process. Be the Clients main point of contact. Troubleshoot Electronic Patient Care Reporting Software. Upon request create or assist client to create reports from the Electronic Patient Care Reporting Software (ImageTrend)utilizing statistical information. Create reports from finance software for clients upon request. Assist with annual EMS and Fire Conference. Write Sales Proposals in response to municipal RFP's.

Act as Project Manager to see client through the manufacturing of their printed materials, from receipt of purchase order to final shipment of the printed materials (typically 4 color juvenile books). Using compuertized ticket entry system it was my responsibility to make sure all information to facilitate the manufacturing process was entered into the system, that all processes were scheduled, and that all materials or processes were ordered or outsourced to the proper vendor for completion in time for the scheduled processes. Utilize customer stored inventory. Assist with onsite press ok's. Be the Client's main point of contact.
