Rabobank was acquired by Mechanics Bank in 2019. Effectively acted as liason with Compliance and the lending lines of business to provide policy and procedure support. Provided targeted Compliance training on high- risk topics related to audit or exam findings, and completed detailed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement needed to comply with regulatory requirements or updated regulations and guidance issued. Have in-depth knowledge of federal banking regulations and stay up to date on the latest industry risk trends and regulatory enforcement actions.

Provide support in regulatory compliance to deposit and lending operations and origination teams, special assets teams, call center and general bank operations areas.
