I have worked in the health and fitness industries as a coach and consultant to both individuals, teams and management for 37 years. I've worked with American Express, BP Shipping, Nike, Boots, Unilever, Proctor and Gamble to name a few and created health and fitness content on numerous PR and marketing campaigns for brands such as Nike Training Club, Persil, Flora & Always Discreet. I work closely with the media, corporates and members of the public to give me an all seeing eye on communication channels across the board. Movement isn't an adjunct, it's an essential part of living well and communication on this is key if you want your audience, staff and company to embody movement with all its greatness.
