• Business Development Manager - oversaw the general running of stores in South Australia including team performance and service provision, financial procedures, stock handling and promotions• Promoted the commercial development of The Body Shop and ensured stakeholder fulfilment.• Managed the recruitment of all staff including large scale recruitment drive for Christmas staff.Achievement:In an anonymous National culture survey 96% of staff in Jane’s region indicated it was a better place to work than similar workplaces. This was the best culture performance nationally. *Also held this position concurrently with the State Learning and Development role + covered a Maternity leave position for 12 months 2006-2007. • Delivered an extensive Leadership and Trainee Managers Program, Customer Service and Product training to all staff in South Australia and provided 1:1 leadership coaching.• Researched, designed and presented positive wellbeing workshops for our state franchise. Wrote 'Activate Happiness' in 2004 aligned to the research of Martin Seligman, Christopher Peterson and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi• Coordinator of the state Outreach program and designed and delivered my own research based wellbeing programs to the women's prison, at-risk youth and women's shelters.• Designed, developed and presented numerous event-style training sessions in response to consultations with the franchise owners. These were extremely diverse in content and highly successful. *1999- 2003 concurrently with various store manager roles including Adelaide Central Plaza the flagship state store.

Prior to this was the State Studio Division Trainer and a Studio Manager Tea Tree Plaza. In two years took the studio from ranking 50 to a high flier store and prior to UK secondment I had months as the No 1 most profitable studio in the Australian business. Commenced as a field mobile photographer and 6 months after was also appointed as the Mobile Division State Trainer.
