-Daily communication with oversea factories-Research and create seasonal inspiration & mood boards-Create & update design line sheet by season-Source new fabric, trims and print developments-Create technical packages and approve other designer’s technical packages before submitting to the factories-Travel domestic to meet with buyers and licensees-Travel overseas to check status of design & production-Create seasonal model posters-Create and maintain grade rules for each brand & category-Prepare and conduct fit sessions-Maintain fabric library for each brand labels-Send out purchase orders with detailed shipping & packing instructions by brand labels-Track and report production status to CEO daily-Create and maintain list of samples for each buyers, salesman, and shows-Analyzing orders to identify minimum & costing issues-Manage team of three Assistant Designers-Manages 3 brand labels and 4 private brand labels

-Daily communication with overseas-Manage sourcing, ordering and tracking fabrics from overseas to domestic factories-Prepare and conduct fit sessions-Create technical packages and send to overseas & domestic factories-Measure garment samples and create grade spec rule for each designs-Responsible for trend research and color forecasting-Work directly with CEO to create new brand label-Conceptualized and executed new brand label designs from inspiration to final product

-Responsible for organizing trims & fabric for each customer’s orders-Assist in fitting sessions-Assist in modifying customized dresses with trims-Design and create customized veils

-Create flat sketches for tech packs & line sheets-Prepare presentation boards for buyer meetings-Keep track & manage sample room-Attend fitting to ensure proper fit & proportion-Run daily errands for fabric & trim sourcing

-Create flat drawing to maintain style line sheet-Prepare presentation boards for buyer meeting-Create & maintain fabric swatch library-Track samples from local factories-Assist in model casting schedule, fitting and catalog photo-shoot

-Assist in draping from Designer’s sketches-Assist in pattern making & sewing proto samples-Assist in hand drawn print pattern developments-Attend fitting and organized fitting comments-Responsible for contacting modeling agency to schedule for photo shoot and fashion shows-Attended & assisted in 2010 spring collection fashion show
