I support and advise our employees to make the most out of the learning opportunities available to them and coach them to reach their professional ambitions. I also facilitate teams through the different stages of team development and help them accelerate their performance. On an organizational level, I work with the senior leadership to drive cultural and organizational change.

In my role, I am the learning and development partner for our Market Units which mostly consist of software engineers.
