• Method Development and validation of new reagents and assays for clinical trials, transforming them to a routine or production platform. • Independently conducting customized as well as routine assays following standard procedures.• Quality controlling the results generated from the laboratories, including documentations of raw data and maintaining audit trials.• Study leader of various projects to ensure smoothly running of projects, including communicating with clients, compiling proposal and reports. • In collaboration with the quality unit of the company and the section head to ensure all results are conducted according to the highest standards.• Compiling and reviewing SOPs, work strictly according to GCP and GLP.• Excellent capability of working under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.• Training new staffs as well as give supervision to junior laboratory technicians.• Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving, including scientific literature research and collaboration with internal and external resources.

· In charge of Flow Cytometry laboratory, Cell culture laboratory and Specialized Diagnostics laboratory.· Ordering reagents, communicate with suppliers, clients, courier services to ensure smooth laboratory activities.· Manager specific projects for clinical trials to make sure the team delivers results, meets deadlines. · Quality control of data generated in the laboratory. · Make decisions on routine as well as priority laboratory activities and projects.
