I am responsible for all aspects of Marketing for the RWR Group across 17 offices in 4 regions: New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and East Oceans. The RWR Group is a franchised specialist recruitment business made up of the Retailworld, RWR Executive, Hospoworld and Fashion Therapy brands. In this role my key functions include: brand management, managing all website content and design, social media, public relations, internal communications, employment branding, advertising, collateral design and management, event management, conferences, franchise support, supplier negotiations and relationships and the Positioning Programme initiative aimed at schools and tertiary level students.I am also responsible for multiple operations and procedures across the business. Starting with 8 offices in New Zealand and Australia, I coordinated marketing activities across the RWR Group. During this time the business was franchised and new regions were established; the Hospoworld brand was also launched in Australia. Six months of my role were on secondment in our Melbourne office.Activities included: Digital Marketing, Website Content, eDMs, Collateral Management, Event Coordination, Social Media.
