We specialize in residential real estate...we sell houses to people who want to live in them. We also list houses for sale and do a pretty darn good job of marketing and selling them. We also sell houses to investors who want to become millionaires (or multimillionaires because a million dollars just isn't what it used to be). We'll find you a foreclosure or a short sale (in other words "a deal"). We've sold so many houses over the years that we are now selling houses to friends, the friends' children and the friends' grandchildren. Our philosophy is if we wouldn't buy it ourselves or sell it to our sister, we won't recommend it to you.
