After being on the receiving end of professional supervision while working in an academic environment, I developed a real appreciation for the significant role these people can play in easing minds and providing support. So I started implementing changes in my own career in order to offer that same kind of vital assistance to others.There’s no point working to uplift people if you don’t have the mindset to match.
