I provide individuals and companies with the support they need to deal with stress in productive, positive ways. There are two main channels that I use through my work at Lifecraft:Professional supervision involves regular sessions with people in stressful jobs, particularly in the health and social services arenas. If you’re an employer who is aware that this is something your people would benefit from, you can arrange to offer my services to your team. And if you’re an individual who feels as though you need that extra support but your company isn’t in a position to provide it, we can make arrangements together.I also provide EAP services to companies wishing to go down this path of employee wellness. Once your organisation enlists my help, any employee can contact me for objective support at any time.Both avenues have the same overall goal – allowing people to avoid taking too much on and burning out, and providing tactics to deal with the challenges that life may bring in the future.
