I initiated an extensive training manual, making training more uniform, faster, and more efficient. I then trained the next 13 new Time Card Analysts more thoroughly and in less time, meaning they could be utilized sooner and made fewer errors. Because they were better prepared, analyst retention increased. I also assisted in creating, and then teaching, a new procedure that streamlined all analyst duties. This increased efficiency and proficiency, and cut process time by 30%, saving PhysAssist thousands of dollars each month per analyst.I currently teach a 6-part Public Speaking course to the corporate office staff, helping them communicate with their clients and direct reports more competently and confidently, increasing retention and improving relations with both.

I created an all-encompassing training manual for both roles, removing the need for the accountant to train, saving the company countless man hours and overhead costs, and making all procedures more uniform for the personnel filling these roles.By streamlining the order process, I enabled orders to be managed faster and with fewer errors, creating more satisfied clients and increasing our profit margin. I was responsible for processing million-dollar worldwide accounts such as Kohl’s, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.I balanced the customer’s and company’s needs, retaining those customers and maintaining a positive corporate brand. I updated the return/replacement policy to be more understandable and thorough, setting more reasonable expectations, therefore saving the company money by decreasing returns/replacements.

When asked to assist a fellow hospital facing bankruptcy, I was able to completely recover their losses, leading them to be a financially successful hospital within the first year. This was done by recognizing which staff members were no longer beneficial, hiring more productive and knowledgeable personnel, and coaching the entire staff to be more efficient, professional, and thorough with their services. I then successfully repeated the process when requested to assist with another hospital a few months later.Within my first month of being a Pet Nurse, I was promoted to Director of Pet Nursing. Within the first year, I became the highest producing Pet Nurse with Banfield in the DFW area by utilizing my organizational skills and business understanding. A year later, I was promoted to Hospital Director.While working full time and caring for my two small children and grandmother, I was also able to obtain my Bachelors degree.
