In my time at Sewanee, I excelled with various leadership positions and awards. From the Intersorority Council President to an Orientation leader, my four years at Sewanee were spent creating a better environment for the future of it’s students. After graduating from the University of the South, I decided to utilize both areas of my studies to better explore the “why” & the “how”. Psychology and religious studies propelled me into seeking my masters to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. Marriage and Family Therapy has continually been at the forefront of my mind. Understanding systems with a knack for culture, religion, grace, and freedom from judgement has helped me become justly so. While attending the University of Southern Mississippi, I will be seeing clients beginning Spring 2024, become educated on multiple areas of therapy, and develop professionally and personally.
