LanguageLine Solutions has given me the opportunity to be a “bridge builder,” bridging the communication gap between the people of many cultures that live and thrive in our diverse country and those who provide them with goods and services. We touch every part of life, literally, from helping to deliver babies to telling loved ones about the recent death of a family member. Currently, I serve as Vice President of Partner Operations, coordinating the day to day support for our extensive network of Affiliate Partners. I have an extensive background in call center management, workforce management and in managing a large and geographically diverse work- from- home employee population.I have had a rewarding career at LLS, with opportunities to work in many capacities which give me a broad base of experience to address the new challenges of today. I am very proud of the contribution we make each day, on every call, for every customer.
