I managed the complete research cycle for over 250 custom market research projects, handling both client relationships and internal workflow. In my time at C+R Research, I worked directly with 80 clients at every step—initial consultation, proposal and pricing, questionnaire development, status updates, deliverables, and follow-up. Internally, I coordinated departments including sampling, data management, programming, coding, data processing, and statistics. Our goal, as a team, was to meet and exceed client expectations.Many of my studies utilized our online proprietary panels of children, KidzEyes and TeensEyes. I helped grow business with these panels by heading up a monthly omnibus which attracted first-time clients who became repeat clients. Most of my surveys were conducted online while a few used phone.My clients worked in industries including consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, personal care, retail, entertainment, and media.I'm experienced with study types including concept testing, customer and product satisfaction, ad tracking, new product development, and brand building.

Also, I led a city and state agency team to certify the workforce centers by standardizing operations and tracking performance. My role involved quantitatively measuring and reporting on the impact of city resources.
