Rasmussen College is a non traditional college which specializes in on-line. My role is to create corporate partnerships with human capital leaders to support our mutal goal of educating their workforce by providing their employees with industry-specific degrees and training that further develops their skills and in turn enhances their organization. We extend a tuition discount benefit to our education partners' workforce to ensure their development as future leaders within their organization. I also serve as an ambassador for the college throughout the community.

I served on the planning committe for the annual Go Red for Women luncheon for the last two years. My contribution for the event was planning the cater and the silent auction items. I also helped organize "Art for Heart" in 2011. We hosted a group of 30 ladies at The Fire, an art studio in Appleton. Each woman or group chose an art piece to desgin which they donated to the silent auction at the Go Red luncheon. We had wine and appitizers for the women while they made their art pieces. It was a successful event and enjoyed by all!

I served on the board for 9 years. I helped give input for programs that would promote sound parenting skills. Our program was designed to help prevent child abuse within Winnebago co. I helped with fund raisers such as; Pedal for Prevention, Dancing for the Little Stars. I co-chaired the silent acution and raffle portion for both funraisers.

Marketplace Magazine was a B2B publication for Northeastern Wisconsin. I worked with local and national accounts to promote their business in the magazaine. Additionally, I collaborated with their marketing departments and developed an advertising campaign that would optimize their investment and the image of their product or service. I promoted the publication throughout the Valley from Fond du lac - Green Bay by attending chamber and net working events to help stengthen relationships with our business partners.

I served on the advisory board with other area professionals to help build a stronger marketing program for the college. We reviewed current courses and shared our best practices as many of the members were alumni and had worked in the marketing field and could share valuable hands on experience and how our education prepared us for the real world.

Women Magazine is a local publication which covers Fond du lac through Green Bay. My role was to help local advertisers promote their company in our publication. I collaborated with their marketing team or ad agency to establish frequency and design layout to maximize their investment. I also participated in the layout of the magazine and added input for special sections and articles. I promoted the magazine at social networking groups and chamber events. I was the face of the magazine socially, professionally and promoted it wherever I went.

The Oshkosh Northwestern is a daily publication. I worked with area businesses and their HR dept to promote open positions for their company. We collaborated together and found both traditional non traditional forms of advertising to maximize their exposure in the community. I also coordinated and sold space for three successful career fairs which were held semi-annually. Additionally, I helped host serveral events for the publication such as; Kids and Health expos, Winefest, Taste of Home Cooking School, etc. I attended many local networking and chamber events to help promote the publication to the Oshkosh community.

The West Corporation is a consumer packaged goods broker in Appleton and Wausau. I lead three sales team and worked with the staff to help promote our product to wholesalers and independent retailers. I helped the sales team deisgn promotions that would help drive product through the sales cycle which would result in reorders. Additionally, I coordinated product promotions and new product launches for the sales teams in the field for Colgate, Pizer, SmithKlein Becham, etc. I managed up to 40 million dollars of business for the Kodak corp and 20 million for the Clorox organization.
