With a background working in the property industry and as a degree qualified recruitment professional, I have extensive experience in finding the best people in property in the South Australian market. I also provide advice to clients ranging from staff attraction and retention to salary benchmarking and implementing best practice recruitment processes. I am also a Non-Executive Director with experience in the Eduction and Not-for-Profit sectors. The specific expertise I provide organisations as a NED includes recruitment & HR, marketing & business development, social media strategy and property industry knowledge.In the past I was also a Finalist in the 2007 Telstra Young Business Women of the Year, and led our business to become a finalist in the 2008 Telstra Business Awards.
