Worked iteratively across IMG and HR team to deliver a thoughtfully constructed rotational experience. Led planning, design and execution of the inaugural Leadership Symposium, a two-day leadership development event for over 2,500 Vanguard leaders. Received the Chairman’s Award from CEO & Chairman, Bill McNabb, in recognition of the success of the event.
