We cover topics such as general fitness, special populations like seniors and children, preparing for medical procedures, yoga, professional development, and much more.As a college professor of Kinesiology and Health, I had the distinct pleasure of helping to educate future professionals in this field, and I wanted to find a way to continue this in retirement. This is what led me to found FitFixNow — the internet’s first 100% online, on-demand provider for continuing education of fitness professionals.As an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, I learned how difficult it can really be as a personal trainer to keep up with the latest quality information while balancing clients and a family.FitFixNow has allowed me to put all of my knowledge and experience to work for you. Being a fitness professional is a life for those who are passionate about helping others achieve their dreams. Our job is to give you every resource you need to make positive change in the lives of others.In addition to being the CEO of FitFixNow, Jane is a consultant and model for Silver Sneakers and a former member of the over-50 hip hop Atlanta dance group, Silver Classix Crew, performing at several Atlanta Hawks games, charity events, television shows, and festivals. Jane also likes sharing her knowledge with the next generation by being a mentor at The Mentor Project.
