I am a community oriented creative who can’t help but to dip my toe in anything that is interesting and cool. My background is in theater production, being the stage manager as a senior in high school taught me that I love working in a team, and that I am motivated to see my creative visions come to life.My natural inclination was to go to SCAD for their Production Design program, where I expanded my creative design skills and found myself working on Extended Reality volumes during the week. Then, serving tables on the weekend, developing crucial customer service and communication skills. All the while, still saving time to develop a hobby or two (roller skating, playing guitar, and swing dancing to name a few).Now in Atlanta, I am working to create an event space from an empty warehouse and assisting in producing in house content for a social media marketing agency. I like to expand my list of experiences and skills at every opportunity I get, so I also do odd jobs here and there like museum quality framing at Vintage ATL Framing, making and selling custom skate accessories from recycled leather scraps at Glad and Young studio, and being a studio assistant for a local textile artist.Outside of work I am an avid member of the Atlanta outdoor roller skating community. I attend different events every week, and host some of my own. One example is this past March I planned and executed a skate trip down to Savannah, complete with a three-day itinerary. I also created Who’s Skating? A weekly newsletter informing skaters of all of the events happening in the community. Occasionally I also get hired to perform professionally at events on skates, which is pretty cool!My friends would describe me as someone that picks things up quickly. I am proud to be someone who always shows up in a good mood, and always smiling! I am excited to see where my creative endeavors take me, and what else I will add to my skills tool belt.
