Development of a Womens' Retreat for those that find themselves at a crossroads in life.We have bought the property, found a team of fabulous women to run it with me and now need to work our socks off to renovate in time for our launch in June 2022.

My most recent challenge was to edit an author’s first fictional novel, an 80,000 word manuscript. It was an incredible story so not really like working at all and had a very successful outcome. The book is now published on Amazon throughout the world and I have no doubt will do amazingly.

 Production Leader - Complex fabrication Production facility – July 2009 to May 2010 Skills used: Leadership, motivation, training, coaching, managing change, courage, deliver results.• Accountable for improving delivery, reducing arrears and inventory• Led a multifunctional team of 100+ employees to achieve business targets• Responsible for improving the HS&E standards in line with the Journey to Process Excellence• Responsible for the creation and implementation of a training plan and delivery of Process Excellence activities • Launch, lead and monitor projects as necessary to resolve long-standing manufacturing capability issues working with a cross-functional team• All targets achieved or exceeded that were set for the area I was responsible for in extremely challenging circumstances and morale was through the floor (plant was up for sale)
