Member of HASELT's Executive Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, overseeing all aspects of HASELT's product and service design projects. Responsible for the people, processes and structure to help the team craft high-quality experiences in the online and offline worlds.

As a Design Lead, my goal is to set up the structure, processes and strategy of work as well as introducing the Design mindset within the company. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA, to understand project requirements. I also have hands on the projects and am actively part of the project teams during the discovery (mostly) and delivery phases.

Teaching students who are exploring Design as a new career path or looking to level up their technical and soft skill-set. Mainly focusing on career sessions, helping students take actions to land more work and new job opportunities as soon as possible.

Design and consulting for early-stage start-ups and mature companies as well. There isn’t one area of design I haven’t put my hands on from logos to billboards to commerce systems to communication tools to annual reports to websites and UX strategies.

Worked as a UX Engineer on improving the user experience for the platform. While I was there I was mostly working on implementing design concepts using the latest technologies at that from the web development world.

Worked as an assistant project coordinator, contributing to the organization, logistics and promotion of training programs. I organized events including fundraising, promotion and delivery of service. I helped with maintaining the website while conducting offline and online promotion for the ongoing activities of the organization.

Worked as a design intern, contributing to several branding and visual design projects for iVote’s diverse clientele. Developed and animated a video marketing campaign for one of the products. Contributed to the web development of an e-commerce platform.
