I am a senior currently attending The University of Texas at Austin studying a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film. Aspiring Producer for Music Video Production.My academic journey has centered around a strong interest in film production, digital media creation, and the business of Hollywood. With a focus on music video production and producing, I aim to contribute to the field by providing creative thinking and organization skills to keep productions in order.As an African-American woman, I strive to work in a field where I can make an impact within communities around the world where diversity in the film industry lacks advantages. While being an active member of Texas Lassos, I am able to provide more diversity on campus and in social gatherings. I assisted the organization with short promotional videos and achieved the UT Shoot Out Award for Best Spirit Organization with the assistance of my video directing and editing skills. My career aspiration is to work as a Music Video Producer while spreading diversity in the social media world. While having many skills in film production, I have worked in financial aspects as well. Having an internship and being promoted to Collections Specialist at Regional Finance allowed me to acquire a knowledge of economic finance and loan collections. Communication with consumers regarding their finance responsibilities became an important factor to learn. With that knowledge, I am able to use it at my current job at BluEarth Realty. I am committed to lifelong learning, continuously seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in these dynamic fields.
