Re-engineered accounting process and introduced protocols, enabling financial reporting to be completed accurately and on time.  Budgeting & Forecasting: Designed an annual budgeting and monthly forecasting system as client prepared to be acquired by publicly held company. New controls helped client meet corporate expectations, adhere to standards and achieve profit targets.  Operations Improvement: Introduced electronic billing, implemented health benefits administration process and streamlined payroll function for client with 3K offshore employees. Automation slashed billing time by 75% and new benefits reporting ensured that expenditures were correctly recorded.Prior to launching her consulting firm, Jane worked in global multinational and startup businesses in the entertainment, tech and media sectors. She began her career as a public accountant with KMPG and Deloitte & Touche. A graduate of the University of California—Berkeley, Jane holds an MBA from New York University and is a CPA.
