I am a leadership coach with over two decades of coaching experience working with female leaders and entrepreneurs helping to develop their leadership skills through the gentle leadership method. Gentle leadership embraces empathy and collaboration in contemporary leadership style and allows you to lead with complete authenticity honouring who you are to the core. I am a coach and arts psychotherapist with a very good knowledge of psychotherapeutic frameworks which allows me to help people understand their own blocks and ensure that all my 1:1s and workshops are powerful and personal. I also work in health and wellbeing coaching and can help you in wholistic way using wellbeing principles to guide you.My approach is person centred and wholistic. It is borne out of my direct experience of leading, developing and training literally hundreds of different women in leadership roles for many international blue-chip organisations. The people that I have worked with include a vast array of different personalities and skills skill sets. These are the key people I know I can help:1.
