Seasonal Position, Front-of-house lead with responsibilities in multiple positions including:● End of night hotel closing which involves verifying all evening staff duty completion and dismissal for the night, daily financial reconciliation and closing, hotel lock up, prep for the next day’s arrivals.● Arriving guest check-ins.● Waiting on and serving customers in the restaurant and bar area with a 5-star level of service expected from high-end clientele.● Knowledge of Scottish Whisky, Gin, Wine, and menu items on offer, to make pairing and tasting suggestions.● Guest and customer need or complaint resolution.

All positions are as needed, with Bartending being my main position, and Concession and Cocktail when called for. Each position requires:● Set-up at the beginning of shift and a thorough cleaning and teardown at the end of each shift● Mastery of a MICROS point-of-sale system, taking credit card, mobile and cash payments, providing correct change.● Professional appearance custom to the performance or event ● Financial reconciliation and documentation at the end of each shift, responsibility for a $300 cash “bank” that is turned in each evening, responsibility for self reporting tips.● Gauging guest intoxication levels and refusing service when prudent.High Volume Bartending - Perform under noisy conditions and at a high pace, serving as many as 1 beverage every 45 seconds to include order taking, drink preparation, and payment processing.Concession Attendant- Take and prepare food and beverage orders for concert goers. Maintain and work safely around food warming equipment.Work closely with the kitchen to ensure food is replenished in advance of depletion.Cocktail Waitress - Serve VIP tables of guests throughout the concert experience. Take and deliver food and beverage orders. Split bills as needed among guests at the same table.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser - Support of clients across the Dallas Fort Worth, TX market including HP, Ring, Dell & Bowflex. This required a high level of route planning to save on mileage costs and time as well as self management to ensure visits were completed on time and to a high standard. Transitioned to a dedicated (part time) position supporting only Intel retail displays which utilized skills such as display building, electrical wiring and an above average knowledge of computers.Consultant - Assisted 2020 Companies in rebooting their Merchandising division with fresh perspectives, while helping them develop their existing systems to provide the clients best in class programs. Tasked with developing a new Shared Services division within TROC. Built this division from the ground up, adapting existing procedures and technologies as possible, but developing new ones when needed. This included:● Reporting - Onboarded a new reporting system, integrated existing recruiting, payroll, and invoicing systems with the updated reporting system.● SOP’s - Creating and implementing standard operating procedures, measuring compliance to and implementation of SOP’s.● Strategies & Analysis - Developed mapping, stang, reporting, measurement, and other strategies for the new division.● Sales – worked closely with business development to determine feasibility of new business, craft program parameters, financial analysis and pricing, as well as initial conversations with potentialclients.● Payroll – Worked with management to resolve issues. Ensured payroll processing was on time and accurate each week.Also directed programs for various clients in the CE, Mobile/Wireless, and Home Improvement industries, including SimpliSafe (security), Facebook Oculus (VR) and Portal (smart display), Belkin (mobile accessories), Harman JBL (audio), and more.Collaborated with and managed outside 3rd party companies to provide clients with best-in-class support on all fronts.2020 “Wow” Award recipient.

Accountable for all aspects of clients supported including insuring client’s needs are anticipated, well prepared for and met as well as identifying opportunities for program growth.
