I am a multi-hyphenate life adventurer who is passionate about myriad things, especially music and history. As an incurable bibliophile and collector of musical trivia I fall on the nerdy/geeky side of the artistic spectrum. I have over 25 years experience as a lifelong learning instructor, and have also enjoyed a portfolio career which included music performance, composing and arranging, recording, private instruction, and web design.Because I grew up in many places experiencing a variety of cultures, I consider myself a citizen of the world and travel at the drop of the tiniest hat. My only regret is that there are far more books, plays, recordings, and films than I can ever possibly consume.
