As the founder and director of Creative Lotus Therapeutic Solutions, I offer a range of interventions that combine cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Dramatherapy for children, young people, adults, couples, and families. With over a decade of experience in this field, I have helped hundreds of clients overcome their emotional and psychological challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.I am passionate about sharing knowledge and skills with other practitioners and organisations. I am an associate lecturer and clinical supervisor at the Charlie Waller Institute, University of Reading, where I teach and mentor students and professionals in CBT. I am the co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group, and the creator and co-facilitator of the workshop "Let's Talk About Race and Racism" in the therapeutic, supervision, and leadership space. I am committed to promoting anti-racism, equity, and social justice in the mental health sector and beyond.
