I'm a certified sound practitioner and educator, neuroscience coach and trauma-informed facilitator; endlessly curious about the intersection of natural sciences and the transcendental experience. This may sounds potentially extreme, and it can be! But I survived the 00s fashion industry - so this part is pretty straightforward really: I help people feel better, know themselves more deeply, and move forward more confidently, through the immense power of sound therapy (blended with a few other tools).I lead immersive multidisciplinary experiences that explore the edges of the mind and the quantum space beyond, alchemising sound, spirit and science through an array of prismatic resources and a thoughtful, immediate and intuitive ability to identify client needs.My work is rooted in practical, tangible tools that reach deep into the psychic field, from where I support people looking to make architectural changes to their lives, as well as those seeking to balance and harmonize their human experience and personal evolution. My transformational trainings and workshop spaces are informed by a lifelong fascination with the nature of consciousness, and a powerful personal odyssey through brain tumour and burnout into a new state of being. Drawing on 15 years of experience in the creative and fashion industries prior to my segue to wellness, I'm devoted to the guidance and delivery of profound individual development for the most empowered and creative minds. I continue to apply my skills as an senior strategist and producer on a daily basis, repurposing deep experience in leadership, nurturing talent, brand repositioning and storytelling in the context of creative, psychological and neurological development. I work in open groups, 1:1 containers/mentorships and corporate ecosystems, collaborating and co-creating the inner environment for elevation and amplification of true voice and purpose. My first book "The Healing Power of Sound" was published by David + Charles in June 2024, and I'm thrilled to bring new insight and a fresh perspective on sound therapy - the medicine of the future - to my peers.
