As Account Manager, my responsibilities include:- Regular liaison and meetings with clients to review their online marketing needs- Briefing and reviewing work for my clients’ projects- Reviewing the latest innovations and strategies for online marketing and websites to ensure my clients were offered the best solution for their campaign- Management of active projects and allocated retainers or budgets- Production of quotes, project briefs and budgets- Managing client satisfaction and regular communication with clients- Reviewing of campaign spend and reporting the effectiveness of the clients’ campaign- Training clients in how to use Content Management systems for editing their websites- Reviewing campaign statistics and working with the client to maintain maximum dollar value.As Production Manager, my responsibilities include:- Creating and implementing a full production schedule for all staff members on all active projects- Liaising with three other Account Managers to help them meet their client needs and projects milestones within the parameters of the available resources- Work with the Business Development Manager on reviewing new online innovations and meeting clients’ needs- Organise and run weekly production meetings with management- Organise and run weekly production meetings with the design, coding and programmingdepartments to discuss their required work for the coming week- Report and review internal procedures monthly to company owners- Review the latest innovations and strategies for online marketing and websites

role included;- All project and workload management for five staff members- Generation of all proposals, quotes and invoices for all projects- Booking and briefing freelance staff (designers, production crews, photographers)- Sourcing and comparing supplier quotes (printers, web builders, 3D generators, photographers,talent etc)- Material delivery to suppliers- Advertising booking for all press, television and radio directly or via The Media Shop- Account Management for all projects and jobs for all clients- Production and presentation of proposals, pitches to clients- Occasional copy writing for brochures and newsletters (when needed)- Management of all jobs in studio - proposals, job bags, tracking, time sheets, invoices- Reviewing campaigns after completion for client and internal use

I was employed at Storyteller Media Group as their full time Production Manager. Between 2003 and 2005, I managed the production of an international award-winning documentary series called Animal X 2. Between shoots and during production lulls, I was also responsible for helping the Executive Producer pitch for new work.I produced and implemented an 18-month international filming schedule for this Discovery Channel documentary series, with assistance from the Series Producer and Executive Producer. For international shoots, I was responsible for scheduling each day of the shoot and booking flights, car hire, hotel rooms,excess baggage and even the talent interviews and location bookings. In some cases, I was also required to travel so that I could deal with any issues on-the-road as they happened.I was responsible for sourcing quotes and booking freelance crews (camera, audio, voiceover, talent, production crew) and co-ordinating the workload of all crew members contracted for the 18-month period.All re-enactments were filmed in Perth, unless required to be in a specific location. For this, I booked all talent, makeup, locations and local crews.

Sydney, Australia

worked as Production Co-ordinator for a prime-time Sunday live one-hour weekly television show filmed in Sydney (I moved to Sydney when offered the job) called RPM LIVE. RPM was a tight LIVE production that required the filming of pre-produced stories on a weekly basis. I worked closely with the Producer and Executive Producer to brainstorm, research, co-ordinate and complete up to 7 tape stories a week. I had to co-ordinate the interviews, the crews, talent and schedule as well as the safe delivery of the tapes back to the studio by courier or news feed. I then had to make sure that each of the stories was successfully edited and no errors appeared in the stories, technically or factually.Every Sunday we went live-to-air for 1 hour and I was responsible for successful delivery of the pre-produced tape pieces for production and integration into the live show. I was also responsible for the travel and accommodation for Daryl Beattie and Barry Sheene, who travelled interstate every week to film the live telecast in Sydney. When needed, I also organised remote live feeds and pre-recorded live interviews with motorsports talent amongst other daily tasks.As well as working on RPM LIVE, I would frequently travel on the national Motorsports circuit, working on productions including; Formula One Melbourne [annually], Gold Coast Indy [annually], Australian Rally Championships [monthly], MotoGP Phillip Island [annually] and Rally Australia [annually]. All of these events went to air LIVE, so each was a challenging and high pressure environment.
