At this time in my career, I specialise in aged care with special focus on home care. My background is community engagement and corporate and digital communication functions. My career has largely been in customer service arenas across governments (local, state and federal), not for profit and profit for purpose sectors.I possess valuable experience in understanding the health and community care systems and the reforms underway. I have a keen interest in aged care and have worked with many organisations over the past few years to assist them to understand, respond and maximise quality outcomes, business benefits and opportunities.My experience spans research to inform and evaluate policy and programs, compliance reviews, internal audit, communication and change management, market research, integrated campaign development and extensive consumer and stakeholder engagement. With well-honed management and leadership skills my professional range covers hands on project delivery through to Board-level influence.
