The St Vincent de Paul Society is a charitable organisation aimed at assisting people in situations of poverty or disadvantage. In the Northern Region, the main operations include emergency assistance (financial assistance, food parcels, referrals etc), a social club for people with disabilities, and a number of retail centres which provide some of the revenue for their charitable activities.Key Responsibilities• Manage all aspects of the Northern Region of the St Vincent de Paul Society, including financial management, human resource management, marketing, health and safety and stakeholder management. • Manage all aspects of the Vinnies Retail Centres in the region, comprised of warehousing, distribution, and 5 retail centres.• Develop business plan for a 6th retail centre, and manage implementation of business plan from start to finish.• Mentor and develop 16 staff and 150 volunteers.
