With over 19 years of combined experience in law and recruitment, I have developed a unique set of skills and expertise that enable me to provide market-leading career advice to solicitors and partners at all stages of their careers. I am also committed to supporting female empowerment and diversity in the legal sector, drawing from my own experience as a former solicitor in private practice.Since moving into legal recruitment in 2010 I have been fortunate to work for a FTSE 250 recruitment business, a specialist legal recruitment business and since 2016 I have supported the growth and development of Ardent as a business owner. I provide consultative services to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, interview preparation, and career development. My skills in recruiting, interviewing, and consulting have helped me build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and deliver high-quality results.Whilst I have a vast amount of experience of recruiting solicitors and partners across all practice areas as a former pension solicitor, I have a significant amount of experience of moving pension solicitors, professional support lawyers and partners both in London and the regions. I am known as the “go-to” recruiter for pensions and have enjoyed supporting the pension legal industry over the last decade with strategic recruitment advice. I also have a significant amount of experience in areas such as employment, incentives, tax, competition, corporate, finance, financial services, construction and private wealth at associate and partner level. Given the strength of my relationships I have access to opportunities that have not been disclosed to the wider market.
