Digital Marketing & Content SpecialistMade To Engage Sep 2018 - Nov 2020Belfast, United KingdomMade to Engage is a top Belfast digital agency. My role involves managing company comms and devising/running multi-channel campaigns for major clients. My responsibilities include:● Devising and executing communications strategies and campaigns under pressure of tight deadlines and targets – for example, my ‘Are You Ready?’ social media campaign rapidly positioned Made to Engage as the tech partner retailers need to future-proof their stores. ● Creating and managing content for the Made to Engage site and social (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and monitoring performance in Google Analytics and Data Studio. ● Developing content and campaigns for clients across all channels including website, social media (paid and organic), email and more. For example, I managed a content rejuvenation project for payment solutions company RMS, helping them to boost authority. ● Learning about new industry trends (be it platforms, strategies or apps) to use on projects where relevant – for example, I got to grips with the latest update of the Episerver CMS to support a content migration project for the Houses Of Parliament.● Collaborating with team leads from all sides of the business, from sales to tech, to create content plans that are aligned with business objectives and reach out to multiple audiences. ● Influencing stakeholders from clients to partners to colleagues - for example, I led an interactive content and social media creation workshop with Irish Life in Dublin. ● Creating a fortnightly report for our senior team analysing site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio and providing recommendations.● Developing effective email marketing campaigns – for example, I devised a family focused email campaign for Irish Life that targeted users at key stages in the sales funnel and used emotion to form a connection, raising click through rates. ● Setting up media interviews to enhance brand awareness and highlight expertise. -
