In my role as Director of CRM I am responsible for managing the customer lifecycle strategy, including multi-channel plans to drive repeat and database growth KPIs.• Strategic leader of a team of 3, report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and manage a $6M marketing budget. • Contracted and partnered with a data enrichment and insights vendor to implement digital and direct mail campaigns, generating over 1,500 new high-net-worth leads – a 525% growth in high quality leads – and converting $750,000 of passenger bookings within 6 months, achieving a 400% ROI. • Collaborate with data technology teams to optimize CRM systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to enhance customer segmentation and personalization efforts.• Oversee direct mail and email teams while partnering with an external agency to develop triggered journeys focused on data collection and test & learn initiatives. • Direct the customer loyalty program, continuously evolving benefits and optimizing customer touchpoints throughout the post-trip journey. Transformed the organization’s approach to loyalty by introducing a unique outreach program for high-value guests, featuring personal engagement from the executive team and surprise and delight touchpoints. • Collaborate with data analysts, technology, sales and other cross-functional partners to enhance campaign attribution reporting methodologies, including the implementation of lead scoring to differentiate MQLs from SQLs.• Collaborate across Travelopia sister-company brands and support Travelopia initiatives (TCS World Travel is a member of the Travelopia group of travel companies)
